The online Patient Portal allows you as the patient to take control of your care, on your time right at your fingertips. Appointment scheduling, balance inquiries, payments, refill requests, or general health questions can all be conducted through the Patient Portal.

Our staff is sensitive to your health concerns and will strive to get you seen ASAP so you can get back on your feet and back to your daily routine. And since we are your primary care home, the copay and cost associated is often times much cheaper than an Urgent Care or Emergency room.
